At BMSCG an exciting position has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to work within a fast growing Consulting company. We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Manager with experience and skills in digital marketing. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all digital marketing actives at BMSCG. That includes developing new marketing concepts for our Services, SEO related issues as well as social media marketing. he or she will also work closely with the top management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver an effective digital marketing strategy to achieve customer acquisition and retention objectives across the portfolio of services
  • Develop an integrated lead generation, nurturing and conversion strategy to build the sales prospect pipeline
  • Using high value editorial, develop a content marketing strategy to attract, acquire and engage clients
  • Enhance email marketing strategy, delivering improvements in delivery, open, click-through and conversion rates
  • Plan, execute and manage a SEO strategy in line with industry best practice to improve rankings within search engine results pages
  • Ensure that improved performance and greater ROIs are delivered through all digital marketing channels, including paid search, affiliates, online PR and social media
  • Ensure that web analytics is implemented to effectively facilitate the measurement and reporting of designated KPIs and metrics and that these are regularly communicated to key stakeholders
  • Build the brand identity and visibility of all sites, including the positioning, proposition and creative direction

 

Required skills

  • Master’s degree or above, from a reputable institution
  • Work experience of at least 3 years in the field of digital marketing
  • Content strategy for SEO
  • Experience with Email marketing
  • Country specific experience with eastern Europe as well as with Germany
  • Fluent in English and German or Hungarian
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
